Below are some tips for those in my fitness boot camps……….

1. Showing up is half the battle! There will be days where you don’t want to roll out of bed. You will have days when you just want to go home after a long day of work. I truly believe that successful people simply have the ability to force themselves to do the things they don’t like to do. Nothing compares to the feeling of accomplishment after completing a challenging boot camp session.

2. The other 23 hours count! Results come from not only the fitness bootcamp sessions, but also from making positive lifestyle changes and following sound dietary principles outside of the class.

3. Showing up is only half the battle! Get the most out of your sessions! Work hard while you are there!

4. Have Fun! You will have fun and form positive relationships with others who have the same goal as you.

5. Take advantage of the extras and ask a lot questions……..Knowledge is power. I am always here to answer questions for my clients. When you become a member of the boot camp feel free to email, call, or text a question at anytime. Even though the assessments and having me analyze your food log are optional, I highly recommend it. My goal is to get you one step closer to your fitness goals every day.
