level has gone to another level, and the sessions have increased in difficulty.

their health and fitness goals I realized that I would have to create an

At only $139 per month(3 month contract), which breaks down
to less than 12 dollars per session, this is more than reasonably priced when
compared to personal training rates of $50 per session. You get the accountability
and motivation of the group and training/ consultation from a degreed and
certified trainer(American College of Sports Medicine/National Strength and
Conditioning Association). This is not your typical group class where you go
exercise for 45 minutes and go home. You will have everything you need to be
successful. You will have to be an action taker. You will have to work hard and
be consistent. I guarantee results, but you have to do your part and be
