1. don’t miss a session
2. work hard(er) when you show up for your session AND work smart knowing that one session is just a part of a long term process
3. Have your meals prepared and planned for the week
4. Have mental strength and stop making excuses
5. Don’t say tomorrow, when you should be doing it TODAY…That tortoise will lap you, if you are still sitting on the couch doing nothing
